Every Ambiera order is packed with care and shipped promptly.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of placement. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has left our fulfillment center.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email with a link to follow your package in real time. If you do not receive your tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@ambierahome.com.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@ambierahome.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will resolve it promptly with a replacement or full refund.
