30-Day Return Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions asked. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

How to Start a Return

1. Email hello@ambierahome.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day.
3. Pack your item securely in the original packaging and drop it off at any UPS or USPS location.
4. Your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days of us receiving the return.

Exchanges

Want a different color or piece? Contact us at hello@ambierahome.com with your order number and the item you would like instead. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a defect within the warranty period, we will replace it at no cost. Email hello@ambierahome.com with a photo and your order number.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of processing, plus your bank's standard processing time.
